Windows 7 was coming to end of life at BECU.  I came on in the middle of the project to document the process.  They were still testing company software and equipment, but they'd started getting new hardware and other equipment ready for installation.  That meant I had to edit grant proposals, instructions, write training documentation, map out processes in Visio, and update the SharePoint site.  

I produced the Quick start guide shown below as both a training aide, and as a reference for those who didn't want to go to the helpdesk.
