I'm a Technical Writer, Website Designer, and UX Specialist.

As a Technical Writer, I’ve written documentation for Expedia, website text for Tectonics, documentation for Microsoft, and text for the apps I’ve designed.  I’ve written documentation from scratch, edited documentation, converted technical white papers to web text, and found the one perfect word that solves the app’s most vexing problem.  

 

It’s not about the words, it’s about who is going to read them..

 

As a UX Specialist I am the bridge between stakeholders and users.  I’ve reviewed thousands of apps for the Microsoft store, so I can tell at a glance what makes a MVP.  My passion is to create simple, clean work that showcases products users need.
