At BECU I developed the documentation for conversion to Windows 10.

That's the short version.  I edited proposals, wrote instructional documentation for technicians and engineers.  I produced a quick start guide, multiple PowerPoint presentations, and ran training sessions.  As support, I organized the SharePoint site, created diagrams and workflows for processes, and created calendars for scheduling training.
